The Sales Process
Our sales process is based on trust, clear communication, and dedicated personal attention to your needs. We begin the process with you and will remain with you every step of the way, communicating frequently and working with other professional partners as needed.
The first step is to get to know you, your home and to understand your financial preferences and timeframe. We spend considerable time at your home to learn its unique details and positive selling attributes. We then design specific marketing tools, help you determine the best selling price, and make suggestions for getting your home in prime selling condition, if need be. We list your home on MLS immediately, but we also develop a targeted marketing strategy for your property.
Once we have an interested buyer, we present all offers to you immediately. We help you evaluate those offers, monitor progress toward closing (including the appraisal & loan approval), and coordinate the settlement process.
